Visiting Bird & Blend is often the highlight of our visit to town, owed mostly to chatting with Simon at the desk. He always goes above and beyond in his tea recommendations and gives his honest opinions and advice on which teas to choose. Popped in for last minute Christmas extras and something for ourselves. Helped by the lovely Tash who warmed up a sample of the Irish Cream to try which was amazing! Then kindly made a couple of cups of tea/coffee to take away after all our shopping! Thank you!

This is a nice place to get matcha accessories and teas. The staff are really friendly and helpful. They do take the time to explain the blends and teas.

Went into Bird & Blend Tea shop today and was kindly greeted by the lovely Simon. He was so friendly and helpful from the moment we entered the shop. We ended up buying lots of new teas and cant wait to visit again in the future. Simon made it the best experience. In shops, restaurants, any customer service role .. everyone needs a Simon. Bird & Blend (Guildford) is, simply put, an incredible destination for tea lovers. Their selection of teas is outstanding—truly out of the ordinary with unique blends that constantly draw you back in. If you appreciate great tea and are looking to expand your palate, this is the place to be. Beyond the fantastic product, the staff are what make the experience truly special. They are super friendly, incredibly knowledgeable, and always eager to help. In particular, Mandy is an absolute standout. She is attentive, highly understanding, and exceptionally good at what she does. She's a huge asset to the team and her dedication makes every visit even better.
